User Content: You may be able to submit content, such as 3D models, comments, or documentation. You retain all rights to your content but grant Boardroom VR a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, and display the content as necessary to execute your virtual meetings.
Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you submit and agree not to post anything that is unlawful, libelous, defamatory, obscene, or invasive of privacy.
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms and Conditions.
"As Is" Basis: Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Boardroom VR does not make any representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of our services or the information, content, or materials included therein.
No Warranties: Boardroom VR disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular corporate purpose.
Boardroom VR will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this site or from any information, content, or services therein, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
